Luca Bellardini is an Assistant Professor (RTD-A) of Corporate Finance at the University of Padua and Scientific Director of the Guido Carli Association for Economic and Political Culture.
During the 19th Italian Legislature, he served as Technical Advisor to the Chair of the Finance Committee of the Italian Chamber of Deputies.
Academic Career
Over the years, he has held research appointments at Bocconi University, LUISS University, and the University of Milano-Bicocca, and has taught at the University of Milan and the University of Catania.
Research Focus
His research focuses on banking and investment services regulation, sustainable finance — with a particular emphasis on the circular economy — fintech, especially crypto-assets, as well as economic history and the regulation of financial markets and listed companies.

Negli anni è stato titolare di incarichi di ricerca presso Bocconi, LUISS e Milano-Bicocca, e di insegnamento presso la Statale di Milano e l'Università di Catania.

Si è occupato di regolazione bancaria e dei servizi d'investimento, finanza sostenibile (con un focus sull'economia circolare), fintech (con un focus sulle cripto-attività), storia economica, diritto dei mercati e delle società quotate.
