AFTER CHINA’S 5TH PLENUM- LIVE TALK
What’s next?

THURSDAY 10TH DECEMBER – h. 17:00

WHAT WE TALKED ABOUT

The last China’s Plenum ended leaving more questions than answers. During the meeting of the country leaders’, Dual Circulation and technological Self sufficiency have been the loudest terms. Several observers are doubtful on what these mentions might significate, adding to the current situation even more uncertainty. Moreover, a focus on Military development has been highlighted for the first time by the Communist Party into such important occasion. The Environment took itself a more prominent role in the Plenum, while being an evolving issue in the country’s Grand Strategy for this century. Competere event had the goal of clarifying some of the concepts outlined during this paramount meeting of Chinese policymakers and authorities.
